Flick Miles, one of Emma Watson’s doubles, replaced the actress in some scenes of ‘Harry Potter’. In them she played the iconic role of ‘Hermione Granger’, the best friend of ‘Harry Potter’ and ‘Ron Weasley’, in three of the first films in the saga.
In the Hollywood industry, when young actors are hired, working hours are important, back then, Emma Watson could only work four hours a day.
In an interview for the ‘BBC’ news agency, the woman revealed how her participation in the famous franchise was: “When you are under 16 years old, you cannot work for several hours on set. So to film as quickly as possible they used Emma for four hours and then me”.

The star was present in three of the first films of the famous franchise: ‘Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets’ (2002), ‘Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban’ (2004) and ‘Harry Potter the Goblet of Fire’ (2005).

In the interview, the woman revealed that the biggest scene she participated in was when ‘Hermione’ turns into cat in ‘Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets’.
“Many don’t know, but the biggest scene I did was when ‘Hermione’ was in the bathroom. At that time, Emma couldn’t dress up as a cat, because she was allergic to makeup glue,” he explained to the aforementioned medium.

Watson’s double said that she had been very excited to be part of the second film, whose participation was 20 seconds. In addition, in another interview she talked about her experience in the third installment of the saga, ‘The prisoner of Azkaban’.
According to the ‘Scottish Daily Express’ newspaper, Miles talked about what it was like to film the scene where he punched ‘Draco Malfoy’. On set both actresses filmed the scene.
“I’ve never punched in my life until now,” the double revealed.
The experience was a great opportunity, although his scene was not finally the one that appeared on cameras: “My fist was crap, they probably cut it off. So they left Emma. I am a very unathletic person and I had never punched, ” counted.

The producers filmed both scenes with the two actresses, because their goal was to tie the sequel together. However, the hands and faces of Watson and Miles did not connectso they left the scene of the actress from ‘Beauty and the Beast’.
Finally, the woman spoke about the new ‘Harry Potter’ series produced by HBO. “As a fan of the saga I can not say no to the new series. However, I’m not sure how it will be.”
