About the Festival

The Festival del Vento is an annual windsurfing festival held in Spotorno, Italy. The festival attracts windsurfers from all over the world who come to compete in a variety of races and events. The festival also features live music, food, and other activities.

The Festival del Vento was first held in 1987 and has grown into one of the most popular windsurfing festivals in the world. The festival is held in June each year and typically lasts for four days.

Registration

Registration for the Festival del Vento is now open. You can register online or by mail. The registration fee is €50 for adults and €25 for children. The registration fee includes access to all of the festival’s events, as well as a t-shirt and a goodie bag.

Transportation

Spotorno is easily accessible by car, train, or plane. The nearest airport is Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport (GOA), which is located about 30 minutes from Spotorno. There is a regular train service between Genoa and Spotorno, and the journey takes about 1 hour. You can also take a bus from Genoa to Spotorno, but the journey takes about 2 hours.

In addition to the Festival del Vento, there are a number of other things to do in Spotorno. The town has a beautiful beach, a picturesque harbor, and a variety of shops and restaurants. You can also visit the nearby town of Noli, which is known for its medieval castle.
