Festival di Sanremo 1989

The 39th Sanremo Music Festival was held at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo, Italy, from 23 to 27 February 1989 and was presented by Rosita Celentano, Paola Dominguin and Danny Quinn.
The winner of the Big Artists section was Anna Oxa with the song “Ti lascerò”, while the winner of the Newcomers section was Mietta with the song “Canzoni”.
