Ford presented the new Ford E Tourneo Courier in Copenhagen (Denmark) within the framework of the event Bring On Tomorrow Live, a space dedicated to Ford’s firm commitment to electrification. This five-seater model combines a compact design with ample interior space, inspired by SUVs and suitable for urban life.

The new E-Tourneo Courier is part of Ford’s electrification strategy and comes equipped with a fully electric transmission, along with a wide range of digital solutions and connected features to deliver an engaging and affordable experience. Ford has committed to offering ten electric vehicles in Europe by 2024, and the E-Tourneo Courier is a step toward that goal. By 2035, the company expects all sales in the region to be of zero-emission vehicles.

This electric vehicle has been developed from the ground up to offer a spacious and functional cabin in a compact and manageable design.. Its exterior design stands out for clean and precise lines, highlighting the width and solidity of the vehicle. The diamond-shaped chrome grille is a unique hallmark of Ford electric vehicles.

Inside, the E-Tourneo Courier can comfortably accommodate five adults and their luggage. Trunk space has been increased by 44% compared to the previous model. In addition, occupants enjoy increased shoulder and headroom, as well as storage options including a configurable center console, a stash compartment and a 44-litre front boot.

Digital onboard experiences are centered around the “digiboard” cluster, which features a full digital instrument cluster and the SYNC 4 infotainment system. This fully connected cockpit offers wireless integration of Android Auto and Apple Car Play, as well as a charging base for mobile devices. Production of the E-Tourneo Courier is scheduled to begin in Craiova, Romania, in the second half of 2024along with the popular crossover Cougarwhich will also have an electric variant in that year.
