This April 28, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship will carry out the second edition of the Embassies Night with the aim of “bringing our cultures closer together and sharing our roots and origins”.

In this opportunity, the diplomatic headquarters that participate in the event will open their doors from 6:00 p.m. and a large part of them They will remain open to the public until 00.

A detail: although all visits are free, some embassies require you to complete a prior registration form. Therefore, it is important to take into account which ones we want to visit in order to present the corresponding documentation.

What embassies will participate?

The Embassies that join the event are: Belgium, bolivian, Brazil, China, Colombia, South Korea, The Savior, Arab Emirates, USA, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Mexico, Pakistan, state of palestine, Panama, Türkiye and Uruguay.

They will also participate San Martin Palace (from 6:00 p.m. to 00:00) and the Great Homeland House (from 7 to 8:30 p.m.).

Although each embassy has its own schedule of activities -which can be consulted in the official website of the Argentine Foreign Ministry

there will be guided tours, workshops and thematic exhibitions in each of them.

The auspicious background

The first Night of the Embassies was held last year. On that occasion, the chancellor santiago cafiero stressed: “This first edition brought the culture and customs of different countries closer to thousands of people (…) also bring the work of diplomacy closer to society from a closer perspective“.

In 2022, 16 embassies participated: Angola, Belgium, Brazil, Chili, Colombia, Republic of Korea, The Savior, United Arab Emirates, USA, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Palestine, Paraguayan, Uruguay.

As in the second edition, in 2022 the San Martín Palace and the Casa Patria Grande were also added.
